Pk point system.

This is a idea i came up a long time ago, i did make a thread on graalians, but seeing that people want a new PK rewards system im bringing this up again. IMO this is the best pk system that could possibly be implemented into era. It currently whoops the current one of 50k and 100k pk hats.
