No offense but why "socialy retarded"
Not the "retard" thing that the person acts like a vegetable or like starring without blinking and types on computers to talk and on a wheel chair and cant move a muscle or nerve.
Social Retarded
One who at all social gatherings manages to embarrass themselves or cause undue awkwardness whenever they add remarks to the conversation.
