2.) Did you add your Graal ID in one of the questions?
3.) Don't join Era Go just for the event coin.

As Terry said, don't create an Era Go account with another e-mail from your iEra account. (Same accounts need the same e-mail.)

If you have two different e-mail, but your iEra acc hasn't linked any Era Go account, make a ticket or PM a mod for more help.
