I bought the M249 because i really like how it worked in arma 2 and dayz, even cod 4. Its a cool gun, i like it. When i bought it i was pretty dissapointed, sparring with it is impossible and its not too effective in basing. I basically just shoot around with it for fun, its unfortunate the lmgs get such minor stats.
Anyways thats my review, the real reason i made this thread is because the M249 operates differently inside last man standing bot events, i dont know about elsewhere but the gun is actually decent-you can shoot and move slightly instead of having to be frozen in place as you shoot like outside the event.
Why does the gun's operations contridict the gun description? Was this changed on purpose? If this was changed on purpose why did they make the gun better inside lms, wouldnt they nerf it in lms since its spammy as heck? Is anyone going to change this? Do you guys think the gun should get the buff outside of lms?
