yes, its 9 damage the spread is good and the freeze rate is really good but long reload time like 2 seconds long so yes the gun is good for a newer player and really good for spar

For just 4k more, get the ACR. Great for quick kills, and a very popular gun around new players. 8 damage, shoots 2 bullets at a time with high spread,
medium freeze and a semi-quick reload time, it is not automatic, just like the M1 Carbine,

The reload on both carbine and ACR are HORRIFIC. I would definitely not recommend. If you'd like a great weapon, go for the M16 at Gun Point. For 15k, it's a pretty decent weapon.

He is a newer player he only has about 8k or so and for a newer player the m1 carbine is ok...

Best gun under 20k would be eagles imo.. 9 dmg when perfect, low freeze, decent firerate. m16 is 6 dmg, too low. acr has that awesome freeze, so u have to be hidden or shielded when u reload or u die. m1 if im not wrong is about the same speed as deagles unless u like the knife ability

Dual ap7s are fast but the freeze is significantly higher
