It's bad, fix the shading.
Remember the first time I met you, if something's good, just to show you're a pro, say the shading's bad even if it's amazing.

Just fix the nose, it looks weird.

I recommend making the background a different color for better contrast. The back of the head blends in and doesn't look very good.
Other than that look good!

I should really look into it again and base it off my own shading. I used a comic reference I found. ;p The background will be fixed, thanks for that. =]
