So by add slowness I mean when you hold a 'big' gun aka minigun, rpg, ect. You are a little bit slower. And maybe faster if you hold pistols and normal speed if you hold like m4, pdw, ect. Good idea maybe?

You can escape poison by going slow with a mini and after you let go of the firing button you are magically freed..no gas mask needed for gas to be ineffective. if this happened for all guns or just even a few it would become an issue and abused
They want to see you do good.

This promotes speed, which everybody wants.
