This thread has derailed the starter post but entered to focus on the one reply. He even said dont go off topic. What a shame.
To answer your question Forza, you can enter the "garden sewer house" near the veterans speedys pizza and near the box factory. Inside the house should be flowers. They aren't the most expensive flowers but they're not too bad either.
