By the way if I wanted to learn certain skills at making levels or designing hats or bodies where would I go? Have no real experience so far and anything that would work on Android is good for me. Yes I know that it's probably on PC if this learning how to do that software even exists. Just thought I would ask.

For Android? Pixel Art. (It's an app.) There's one more that has layers, which is very important in pixel art, but forgot its name.
If you want to learn skills.. well.. just practice every day!
