Having trade tables in houses are not necessary. If everyone gets them, then what are the trade tables in Era for?

Even if they are being used, someone could easily disconnect accidentally (or purposely) as well as get kicked from the house, making it another way to scam.

Then you disconnect/exit.
Won't item still be with you?
The only issue is that it would encourage scamming as no one would be around to watch.
