    Game hang on loading screen

    Is anyone else's game hanging on the loading screen when you login? I've tried reinstalling no luck
    Update: I'm able to login again unsure what the problem was

    When it happens i use an "Illegal Program" to play . I think you know what it is, its an 3rd party app
