You are correct, in the end it is the people we should be mournful towards. I personally just wish that people would take into perspective the point I made, because right now Middle Eastern people are the scapegoats of this generation. Its the unfortunate generalization that all muslims are bad that has caused such rifts in our society. We arent fighting against any one group of people. We are fighting against an idea, and the quicker we come to terms with that the better we will be able to counter this problem. Terrorism will never fully go away even if ISIS does. There will always be another group, but how to prepare ourselves is the issue.

Overpopulation doesn't justify the death of people everyday, we don't kill people everyday cuz we have 8 billions people, not even a partisan of your logic will jump off a bridge because of overpopulation.
