Its not the original app thats why
They want to see you do good.
But never better than them.
Remember that.
You must have used a different account to download the game than to buy gralats.
For example, you could've downloaded Graal Era on the 'X' account while you wanted to by gralats on the 'Y' account.
If this is so then you must download Graal Era with the 'Y' account to buy gralats on there.
I'm not sure if you did this but I hope everything works out.
