I edited a couple of posts here because we generally don't like directing people to email staff specifically for issues, they should be dealt with through the official/formal support services we offer
If you have an issue, post it in "letters to the staff", open a support ticket, or talk to a staff member in game (make sure they're using gold staff tag)
