It does not matter if it was covering something or not... If you remove someone's shield you must give refund. And since it was your fault you must give 100% money back(if not 200%)

And if it is players' fault that they upload illegal bodies and shields, why do we even have that PRs? When they check your upload they accept it and you receive notification that you CAN upload it for certain amount of money. If players have to check all their uploads, and they are responsible for them, why do we have PRs?
