here's an idea:
The gang system could work this way:
1. There is Official gangs and unofficial gangs:
a) Official gangs are the gangs that have applied to get their gang, the offiical gang consists 30 members, yes 30 members, these people get a hideout DIRECTLY when they apply and their gang get approved. Each Base is a Hideout.
b) Unofficial gangs are the gangs that didn't apply to get the gang, they pay 2k to get their gang. It consists 24 members only, they attack the hideouts/base. A gang could become official by earning a hideout using the prizes system

Idea number 11:

Make an in game Event that doesn't require any admins similar to the "Event pm messages"

So the idea is implement a event called CTF

So it's kind of like that fort killers event but capture the flag?
