i need help i cant play era bc of era server been happening for me 2 a month and somtimes it takes 1 week to let me play era. my wifi working perfectly fine. other graal works for me except for graal era. plz help bc its happening again

could u get a screenshot of your problem and possibly a error message if it gives u one? it would probably help the admins identify your problem easier.

but everytime i open the app it just say "the game server could not be reached"

It's your internet problem server can't reach it so try to restart your router and your mobile
Idk it beacuse of your wifi ping
