Need a gang hideout leveler? You are in the right place!

Hiiiii!
I'm a woman, that need to work,
but have nothing to do.
So I wanted to do gang hideouts and gang subways for free
for the gangs that have reached 4000 hours (gang hide out) or 6000 hours (gang subway).

The leader or the player responsible of the gang hideout progress/work has to specify a theme and the main colors of the hideout/subway.

Here's what the hideout's structure:
First Room: Sitting Room, A small bar, "Restaurant" seats: Everyone can access the room.
Second Room: Living Room: Gang Members only.
Third Room: Hat Room: Gang Members only.
Fourth Room: Spar/PK/Practicing Room: Gang Members only.

Here's what the subway's structure:
First Room: Main room: Includes the statue of the leader, and halls. Everyone can access the room.
Second Room: Waiting room: Consists a bar, Subway Board, Information Man, Living Room.
Third Room: Subway Room: Consists the train rails.

All the work takes at least one week, depending on the style and the changes.

I can also do Graphics, but this might cost 100 trochus for all the graphics.
