Great Idea. I think the higher the killstreak, the higher bounty price.
You should be able to place bounties, not automatically if they have a streak (like OlWest).
You'd have to let the person with a bounty have some buffs, wont be fair if 20 people gang up on that one person.
It'll be so hard for streakers though
