Always the same pros with sabers and chems wins events. So I really suggest adding a new way to earn ec's instead of just playing events and waiting for free ec.
Id recommend practicing, that's the only way to beat the regular event winners.

Event items aren't too easy to obtain because if they were there would be nothing significant about them.

No stop, event coins are meant to be earned. I spent all my time ripping ec from noobs hands to get my chem and double saber collection, it's not fair that you get 1 free ec a month, stooooppp.

I am yet to win a single event. Need ctf and free ec to survive o.o
Free EC's are hated among the people who have high EC items because it generates more of their item making it less rare.
EC methods include:
Achievments
Events
Patching bugs to Admins
Era-Go methods
Sometimes as a desperate VIP
EC bot events
Free EC should not be something to rely on as they are rare. I would prefer to see them deleted as a function of the game.

Well bottomline is Free EC are more of a negative affect on the game than a positive.
