I like it, but if you look at the second image, any baser would spot that it looks almost identical to pz. (Pirate Zone). Just with a different color scheme and style. It looks good, but not very original. Just an opinion.

Odd, I drew the layout from scratch.

Might be because I don't base very often, but I have been trying to study bases lately.

It's ok if you didn't know what it looked like. But if it's an original, then that's fine. Whether you knew what it looked like or not, it's pretty nice.

In the garage level: the cars don't seem like they can fit between the lines.
In the base level: it looks fine but there's nothing really eye catching, or something new, it reminds me of something but I can't figure out what

He's either messing with you or giving an honest opinion. That's something you have to deal with if you want feedback on your levels. If he's messing with you then lol

Yeah, I'm messing with the garage level to see what works.

I disagree with your point on the base, I've used tiles that aren't often used, as well as putting green highlights to catch the eye.
Also, what about that GIANT SKULL SHAPE ON THE FLOOR?
