Torture Room/Dungeon Why Is This Even In The Game?!?!?

Theres new houses in northridge
One of them has an npc saying something about pulling the drawer,
If you pull the drawer and enter the furnace and go down the stairs you see an npc named
"Paige" who tells you not to grab her and when you do it leads to here:

Keep in note a 10+ game with a chained up person on a wall with blood on her face

OT: It's weird how she is chained up and saying "I told you not to touch!" Sounds pretty sexual... in my opinion. However, it would be better if she was in a jail cell saying that instead of being chained up.
