How can I contact snk. I am in need to ask him a question, however, I do not want to let this question be public. There is no "Letter to Staff" sub-forum, so I have no idea where to ask him my question.

No, this question can't be answered by staffs (PRs, LAT, etc.) This is a request for iEra and I need to ask snk for an approval.
