Okay let me clarify this. A gang hat is better than a flag. A gang hat can be used at anytime. A gang flag however it something else, I know no one is going to come to start holding up their flag. I think that a flag is enough for that amount of hours.

maybe leader get special hat in 1k/1.5k hours that only he will have and other members will have the other hat in 2k hours and leader get the members hat too
Hat prize but different way in hight scores 7-10 members can have their own look hat different or same their choice and melee skin is good as a prize.
