New Job: Fishing

Players will purchase a fishing rod at the local Fish Market.
Players will proceed to the ocean or any area with water and use the rod, fish will be caught randomly and not fast. However the fish sell value will be a lot more, like 50 gralats.

Could for sure use more detail in this, feel free to add some stuff below.

I'd be happy to make the fishing rod, the fish, and the level for the fish store.

We started to develop fishing for countryside and we have a working prototype system i guess but it wasn't as cool as ol'wests so it put us off a little bit.

When we were still on track for a winter release for countryside we weren't going to include fishing. (the lakes were frozen) We were going to come up with a cooler system but nothing eventuated.

I'd rather iera not having than have a sub-par system compared to what other servers have. General props to ol'west for an amazing fishing system though lol.
