What Should I Get?

I have been looking for a great heal staff for a while now and I have chosen the ones I want.
Its either the Winter Heal Staff or Legend Staff. I wanna know if the stats for the winter one is the same for the Legend so like 3 health per second. And whats better to get? Winter Staff with shells or Legend using 50 ec. If you can help me out thanks!

If you had a choice would you rather get Winter Staff or Rage Blade? (Thinking about getting one kinda just need help tbh)

Rage, winter, and heal staffs all do 8 damage and heal 3. Only difference is looks.

I am pretty sure winter staff has knockback on it. May be wrong.
