So I've been having issues with the Graal clients:
I can only get Era working on Chrome (era.graalonline.com, Facebook client won't work for any Graal games) and Classic only works on Firefox (classic.graalonline.com).
Has any encountered this issue? I honestly don't know why it's happening -.-
I'm not contacting support because I asked snk a while ago and he doesn't know how to fix (I tried deleting my cache's etc too)

You mean using FB doesn't allow you to load into the game or it's something relating to games that require Flash?
The Facebook client goes through the loading process but doesn't get past that, it's just a loading screen for any Graal games.Originally Posted by XSTARX

You checked www.era.graalonline.com and that didn't work either did it?
Did you try reinstall IE?
GUY Dorvay is having the same problem. We suggested different actions like re install the game, use a hotspot, trying different browsers, restarting their router, trying different graals and the other graals work, but not iEra. I can connect perfectly. Maybe its just server issues for Australia. Idk.

Ah I have that issue too.
It works for my friends but not for me apparently.
However, Classic and Zone works efficiently on all browsers that I've tried except Era's.
I doubt this has anything to do with internet settings since I've done several resets on my router and it solved nothing.
did you try reinstall?
1)Download puffin browser from App store or Play thing
2) Era.graalonline.com or era on facebook
3) tadaaaaa
I haven't tried re-installing but I'm hesitant to do that because I don't want to lose my auto-fill or book stuff
