Idk if your screen is lagging but that gani is just terrible. It isn't smooth it needs to flow. There are a whole bunch of errors. If you can send me the file I could fix it for you or if you need help just pm me. Plus make sure you turn loop off if they accept it. Just by looking at the gani it seems like the time for each frame has a different time which makes it look like it has frame rate drop. But if you just have a laggy screen it looks pretty decent.
