Trouble with the gang

I started a new gang so far we have 0.12hr. the problem im having is recruiting people, ill sit there advertising the gang in start sit there for an hour and only get one recruit. Is this just something that happens with all new gangs?

Yea it does. Some recommendations:

Try going between having requirements and not, sometimes people like gangs that only ""pros are in"" sometimes they don't meet the requirements and want to join as well.

Try getting some of your gang members there and Doing it all together and recruiting people. people want to join a gang that they others are in.


I used to do this one: I'd go to the trade tables and spam recruit member to a bunch of random players. It worked quite well just don't trust them with kick.., you never know what random people do.

Oh also try taking over an easy base like lethal by stealing the base when it has 1 hp and sometimes people ask to join.
