In multiplex you can say "pingme" and It'll show you.
Races are easy most of the people use speed hacking.

A good advice to win events is to have a good control of the joystick and don't stop moving if you are in a race, you win events with effort and practise, luck is no coincidence. As well, a good advice is to have the device charged with at least 50%, otherwise the reminder of low battery would appear on your screen and you would stop. Start as soon as the event starts, go to the gym near start, to make your virtual player run faster. (Even swim faster, if necessary)
