    Lightbulb 12,500 Hours Gang Reward Idea!

    Hello guys!
    Recently i was studying the gang rewards system when i realised that the number of rewards between 6000 till 15000 hours is quite low.
    This gave me an idea which i want to share with the community!
    According to my thoughts i think there should be a gang reward for 12,500 hours of basing.
    I have a couple of ideas about what it can be. My ideas are as follows :

    1. As heal staffs get more and more popular on era there should be a 12,500 gang reward which gives the leader and 4 other companions/members a heal staff which is designed by the gang itself. The heal staff would not be a bad idea as you earn will earn it at 12,500 hours and only 5 people including the leader will get it!

    2.Another idea for 12,500 hours can be a grab to get gang look. Including a cool mask(covering whole head) and a body. This would be designed by the gang itself and it would be like a grab to wear gang suit which you lose upon leaving the gang or re-logging. The fact that the mask would cover the whole head is that people do not claim that they made the head and act like its a custom.

    I am against it in rewards such as hats but its for the best to keep the rarity of the item Giving it out to many makes it comon!

    What about the other members who helped a lot ...leaders can use them...to gain hours

    Ofcourse many people help alot but on the other hand the leaders work harder and have a more difficult job. Plus not all leaders get one. Its upto the actual leader i guess. Lucky boss

    If a heal staff will be rewarded, it should be at 17,500 hours (maybe more or less)
