Staff are Ignoring me.
For the last 2 weeks Ive been trying to get help an EC issue. I messaged about 5-6 Player Relations, and they reply to my first pm saying 'whats the problem'. I would tell them my issue and after that I dont get a message back. Ive left Ace a message the first couple days this has been happening and no answer also. At this point I dont care about the EC issue but I would still like help. Ik the staff are busy but ignoring people who have an actual problem is wrong.

He knows that his "issue" is stupid and silly, that's why he isn't
Telling us what is it.
He completed his achievment for 120 days straight on Era, but never got his EC pieces.
