Not able to connect :(

I'm not able to connect to Graal Era for some reason.
I have cleared up space in MB and there's no option on iPod to clear cache.
My iPod is fully updated, but it's ios 6. something.

I don't have VPN and can't update my device any more.

Are you for sure it's because it's too new for my device? It hasn't been updated (the game itself) and I've been playing yesterday. It just so happens to stop working last night.
