I have read about Reload freeze and reload sleep but still cannot understand it D: ..Gm4 and mp5a5's reload is 0.4-0.5 which is very high :/ they r both very good guns for sparring . Does that mean having a higher reload freeze/sleep is better for sparring?
Reload Freeze- After reloading, there is a period of time before you are able to move again.
Reload Sleep- After reloading, there is a period of time before you are able to fire again. DO NOT mistake this with reload freeze.
Also do reload sleep have impacts in sparring?

You pretty much answered your own question as yes that is how reload freeze and sleep works. MP5a5 has a higher reload freeze to balance it out as it has an extremely low freeze and can shoot moderately fast. Usually guns that have lower freeze rates are given higher reload freezes and guns that have high ammo clips are also given higher reload sleeps
