iOs Black Screen?

When on iOs, after about 30 seconds of going on iEra, happened twice, if not, more, my screen goes black. Note, not my phone screen, but on the app, which I can double tap the home button, and I can see the minimized app black. Anyone else have these provlems?

I can't open the app but i think we have a same server issue

Check if you have the required amount of space, check the Internet connection, if it still doesn't work, update the device to the newest version. If it didn't work, it is because the game can't run properly on your device.
