So I noticed the "Ads" tab and clicked it out of curiousity. Apparently rewards are given out every so often for revenue generated from these ads...? How is this going to work?

its not on the game if you tried looking for it
its on the forums you will see the unstick me then News then Ads
they give rewards based on how much money they earn in the advertisements
