You should buy bar. Bar has got 9 damage and 20 clip size. Minigun has got 2.5 damage-3 damage but it has got a very high clip size. The problem is that you move with minigun slowly because it is quite heavy. This means that when you use minigun you move slowly while you are walking.
In my opinion, overall, the Mtar X is the best gun in the game, even surpassing the bar.
But again, mtar can go for 300k in auctions and there's low chance of winning since every auction is a game of chance.
