I tried submitting a ticket at http://support.toonslab.com/

when i enter my email address it goes to a page that says "file not found"

which one of you wants to not answer this question and ignore me.

Don't take my word for this because what I am about to say might not be the reason you're recieving that error, but Ace is taking a break from tickets - he is the only one who checks them at the moment.

He says it is a lot harder than it looks. I beg to differ @Ace.

I'm back on, but it's going to be a VERY long time before I give Era a single penny ever again.
It's ridiculous how players can report you for no reason and get you jailed without warning when not on your home wifi.

Try to send the support ticket in another device, then you have to wait for somebody to answer it.
