Competition Forum Ideas

Hey guys, its been awhile since I posted my ideas or something important. Been caught up in gfx. Anyways I got some competitions ideas for the new forum called competition. Here they are:
1. Melee Graphics competition: here ppl will post their melee designs and will fight for a place among top 3 Gfx designers or designs. Top 3 would get gralats and a trophy(bronze,silver and gold melee trophies). Gralats rewards:
1st place gets $50k
2nd place gets $25k
3rd place gets $10k
Note: the top designs might be put in game

2. Guns graphics competition: Here ppl will post their guns designs and fight for a place among top 3 designers or designs. Top designers or designs gets following:
1st place: $75k and gold gun trophy
2nd place: $50k and silver gun trophy
3rd place: $25k and bronze gun trophy
Note: I give this more gralats because its hard designing guns and possible that top designs will be in game.

3. Best of the Best Competition: This will be a once a year thing where gangs register to participate in sporting events:running, soccer and sparring(boxing and guns spars). Gangs will fight for the title'The Best Gang of the year' Top 3 highest gangs will get:
1st place: Special Hat/melee/gun, $50k, free ec and 10k arcade tickets for each member that participated.
2nd place: $30k, 2 pieces of ec and 5k arcade tickets to each member that participated.
3rd place: $15k, 1 piece of ec and 1k arcade tickets for each member that participated.

MAJOR NOTE: guns and melee graphics competitions will be held 3 times a year if get approved.

IMO there should be less GFX contests as annually there are enough opportunities for players.

Give those with talent in other areas a chance (sfx, lat, gani)

You could even dive into other such areas that receive little recognition such as story creation or scripting.

Why is Graphics so over emphasized?

I want SFX, NAT, GANI, LAT competitions as they are just as important to GFX.

I think the competition should include these aswell, see which gang has the most talented developers - not just the million graphic designers.

Ideas:
1. Sfx Competition: Here ppl will show their skills in sfx for weapons and the top Sfx person will win:
$25k and Gold horn/trophy.
2. LAT Competition: Here lat designers will show their level designs and fight for a place among top 2. Rewards:
1st place: $50k and Gold trophy with the word level on it
2nd place: $25k And Silver trophy with the word level on it.
3.GANI competition: Here Gani designers will show their Gani designs and fight for a place among top 3. Rewards:
1st place: $50k and Gold Gani Sign
2nd place: $25k and Silver Gani sign
3nd place: $10k and Bronze Gani Sign

Well these are additional ideas I had for the forum I hope you like them.

A Scripting (NAT) contest in GS2 would be great for us, Graalians, and would make players that don't know GS2 want to learn how to code using it!
If you know JavaScript/JS, it would be easy for you to understand and script using GS2.
