Not bad, resembles the m4a3 skin in a way but its the m4a4.

You have made a good m4 skin, but you could add more things to it, such as different colors, but still, good job. Nice design.

The gold is a bit towards the orange spectrum, perhaps changing it to the similar color of gold from the M4A3 Goldskin.

However your color placement is fabulous.
