Arte Npc Needed(read to understand)

Ok guys, my mom allows me to visit site once a day so im back lol. Anyways, people around start are complaining about they want to open a shop in arte but do know how to. Please make a npc that shows you the website to send submissions.

I also recommend to allow players to make weapons shop in arte as it would occupy the empty spaces in arte. Good to see you guys

The link that shows on the NPC on the big building in arte gives the correct link with enough information to submit a shop, I had Kieran help me to update the info last time so all good
