My personal observation: I see ears in the original head, and ears in the front as well, which confirms it is a mask.

The orginal head on the below layer is just a base. And the iNone told Drizzle to sell it tbh. The black hair is bottem later is not on the real image .

Indeed this head looks like a mask. He should have refunded it before. The head contains a mask. Due to this reason, it specifies that this head is illegal. Heads can't have a hat or a mask otherwise they will be refunded or automatically deleted.

thank god someone who agrees with it not being a mask hs.
Also yeah the size is small but the new upload rules stated that such heads that were somewhat small before are now allowed. And i think this head is more medium size

A head could be inappropriate if it has got a mask or a hat. In this case the head looks like if it has got a mask. That is why the head would be illegal to upload. Or maybe the head was made incorrectly and that is why the head would be deleted.

How the heck could this "mask" be inappropriate?

she was using the back layer as a template, its not a mask. the only problem maybe it is too small perhaps.
