It all depends on the admins own set of rules. Some admins allow practically anything and some are very picky

Say show Player Relations so you can see who denied it, and check every 30 minutes if they are still online. Once you see them log off then upload it lol

Ah, I see that does look like a mask actually, also if Drizzle (A Senior PR) refunded it, it's probably illegal. SPRs aren't known for making a wrong move when it comes to uploads.

My personal observation: I see ears in the original head, and ears in the front as well, which confirms it is a mask.

Really now? I have screenshots of a spr purposely uploading a shield that makes the specific person look like hes naked including the male genital it was uploaded by a spr as a bday present for his friend
But the spr was never punished since it was "not major"
