HW Does Levels, GFX, Scripting (In the levels(Yogy wouldn't know)) and Gani i think.
There is generally more to being 'head' of something that just having all the prerequisites, there is also time management, motivation, organisation and other such features you need to be aware of, after all, what good is a 'head' who can do everything but can not organise other people?
She portrays plenty of maturity and deserves the position, so stop complaining.
