APP Level Making Tool and Lots of My Ideas!

2). Casino currency, gralat vouchers(for trading) and more casino devices an private room gambling

4). Fashion shop item and furniture stop item voting

I am very interested in making a Era Level, and have ok ideas i guess? I want to have clubs that can be rented out, town homes and such.
1).would even like to introduce a personal body armor shop, with stipulation settings on your usage of those kinds of items possibly even weapon damage upgrades, with restrictions.
2). If possible, I would like to implement a community weapon auction, gralat vouchers for better trading, a casino or two with low and high stakes blackjack, slot machines, and roulette tables, along with rentable rooms for tournament style Texas hold 'em community members.
3).On the Gangsters Vs Police Subject i would like to implement police, FBI, Military stations and an Area 51 bases/base which serve a purpose in some ways that differently effect Law Enforcement(Police) and gangsters, but not as an event... Please leave input on this if you have any ideas!
4). One Idea i think would be very Kool, is not just holiday specials but voting for fashion items with limited quantities.(votes would get it to certain stores, and quantities would be unknown until they hit the shelf) as for the system of voting I'd make it an in game system)this may also be work as a furniture shops way of selling!
5). Housing/gang housing attachment rooms! I would love to be able to select a certain kind of room and attach it to a doorway or attachment section, there would have to be restricted room attachments, to keep a lot from becoming absurdly to big to where it slows the game down!
