Some yeah, but the main point is Jeff being Gani Admin on Era now is what makes it all fishy af.
Back in like 2015 a few rumors came up which were related to OW staffs, some were true about staffs of lower player counts severs using them as "jumps" to get to bigger servers, aka Classic and Era.
So my decision with the approval of Snk was to make a chat with all Graal managers in, to help against that what we called "staff steals", it didn't work out since, some servers doesn't trust others.

A few other rumors then came along, which I won't talk about but I'm pretty sure both HW and Jeff knows what I'm talking about.

Not only olwest lol. Clearly they want experienced gani staff members so instead of teaching new people they just hire the ones that worked on another iOS server long enough
