It feels like hes just the boss man who just shows up to pay everyones salary but isn't involved in anything else.
If thats all it takes to be a PR Manager then fine but if its not & someone else can be more active & do a better job then he should step over.

The PRM role was just brought back by HomelessWitch to give Ser bragging rights so he could feel like he's somewhat important. She generally likes to help out her friends.
Ser himself doesn't actually have any sort of knowledge, he has no skills which could benefit the server in terms of development and the role as a whole wasn't needed and will never be needed, which is why snk removed it long before he decided to step down.

I used to be Ser's right-hand, hired all the people he wanted to have as PR's (back when he was PRA), listened to the issues he encountered in real-life and helped him deal with them accordingly.
However, when I required his help - two months ago, when my account was taken from me, he didn't show up and just rambled on about some real non-sense.

Anyway... I don't hold grudges. I'm just saying that he and his position haven't ever really been required.
