Here's what should happen (IMO):

Move Junz to Player Relations Manager, because Ser logs on about once a year before going MIA or at the very least, make him the Player Relations Co-manager.
Move Joud to Europe PRA.
Move possibly Casey or HammerTime (why not both?) to AUS/Asia SPR, although probably Casey as he's had more experience.
Move Niteprfire to EU SPR.
Leslie and Failure or Leslie and JCT moved to American (Murica) SPR .

~Position Movements based on who's being here for extended periods of time. I don't stalk their activity time nor monitor their work ethic so obviously this would be taken into account.
