tip next time u make hat dont make it perfect for the noob head do it good for all the head if u do goggles dont do them in the noob eyes size do it bigger that it will fit for every head (just example)

Love the hat. Try making the hat shape more irregular, unless you're going for a top hat. The hat also seems a little short, maybe try making it taller? Dithering is also not needed since we have access to greater color palettes.
