There is no limit to hats chosen, whichever hats are chosen will receive 5k gralats and their hat! However there will be an extra prize for 1st, 2nd and 3rd, for the pixel academy Halloween ribbons.

Note: Please make sure you guys are sending the final entries to [email protected], you can post progress on here meanwhile

I don't gfx on mobile devices

Im being honest right now, ArtStudio is almost the exact same as gimp, and thats a huge thing for a mobile device, the only thing that i dont like about it is that i cant do .gif images
